Residential Management Company, LLC (RMC) was founded
by Jerry C. Bernstein to provide exceptional residential
property management services for all types of ownership
entities and various housing developments.
Since 1971, Mr. Bernstein has been successfully
managing thousands of rental and condominium units
utilizing his many years of carefully acquired knowledge
and experience. Procedures, honed by experience,
are designed to enhance the quality of living standards
for tenants, minimizing the operational concerns
for owners and maximizing the value of each property
managed.
In 1997, Sarah Bernstein-Hutton joined her father
in the property management business. In 1998, Molly
Bernstein Judd, also joined the family business.
Sarah and Molly are both graduates of Butler University
with degrees in Business. Since joining RMC, Sarah
and Molly have earned prestigious industry designations
such as Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Apartment
Manager (CAM), and Certified Tax Credit Specialist. |

The RMC staff has implemented effective marketing concepts,
financial controls, staff training programs, a state of
the art computerized accounting system, a computer link
to HUD's TRAC reporting system, top-notch maintenance
programs and tenant sensitive housing policies. The mark
