Residential Management Company, LLC was founded in 1998
in Northwest Indiana and is a family-owned and operated
organization. With decades of combined experience, the
three partners have been successfully managing thousands
of rental units and a handful of Homeowners Associations
utilizing many years of carefully acquired knowledge and
experience.
Each partner is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker
and has earned various other designations in the industry
including Certified Apartment Managers and Certified Tax
Credit Specialists. The goal of the partners is to provide
exceptional residential property management services for
all types of ownership entities and various housing developments.
We define our success by the quality and tenure of the
clients we serve, not by the number we serve. Our entire
staff is dedicated to meeting the service needs of our
clients. We pride ourselves in adapting to the individual
and specific needs of the people and communities we serve.
